iCandy Soaps is a nationwide online retailer of personalized soaps for any occasion, serving customers across the globe.  By keeping our pricing structure simple, we make it easy for you to get what you want, at a great price!  With no set-up fees and no minimum order required, we're your best choice!

Send Us Your Design!

We only need your digital picture or design sent to us via email at [email protected] (you can send your picture or design to  in any file format, or alternately you can direct us to an internet website address where your design can be accessed and we'll take it from there).

Please keep in mind that we are open to just about anything, so let us know if you need assistance with your design and we'll make sure it works for you!

Shipping Cost and Additional Information

We currently ship our products to any destinations worldwide.  Shipping cost is based on quantity, box weight, and ship-to location.  Exact shipping cost will be determined at time of order placement.

All orders are sent via expedited parcel service, unless an alternate shipping method is requested specifically by the customer (please note that expedited parcel service may not be available to all shipping locations - we will let you know if this is the case at time of order).  For faster shipping service via UPS or FedEx, shipping rates are higher - a quote on cost will be provided at time of order - please Contact Us for postal rates if you wish to use these alternate shipping services before placing your order.  A tracking number is provided for your convenience via email once your order has shipped, which enables delivery status of your order to be checked online.  Insurance is also included in the shipping cost.  Please note that once your order has shipped from our factory, estimated transit time is 8 to 14 business days for orders shipping to destinations within the USA, 4 to 7 business days for orders shipping to destinations within Canada, and 15 to 30 business days for orders shipping to destinations outside North America (estimated transit times are general estimates, and in some cases transit times may be slightly shorter or longer).  We are not responsible for any rare delays in delivery due to customs.

Order Payment

Payment can be made with any major credit card, PayPal, and in some cases (depending upon what your bank offers) through INTERAC direct bank payment online.  We do require full payment in advance (including any associated shipping costs and taxes, where applicable), before our production department can begin work on your order - this is due to the custom nature of the work involved.  Please note that once an order has been paid for, we are unable to make any changes to it, or cancel it at that point.  Again this is due to the custom nature of the work we do, and also the fact that our production department starts preparation work on all incoming orders as soon as they are entered into our system as active, which happens immediately after order payment has been received.

Our Guarantee/Returns

Here at iCandy Soaps we go to great lengths to ensure a top notch product, one that we sincerely hope you will be happy with.  Due to the custom nature of our product, we are unable to allow for returns.  By ordering from our company you are agreeing to not hold iCandy Soaps responsible for any misuse or injury that may result from use of any product on our site. Although we strive to create the best products available, sometimes using a new soap for the first time may cause slight irritation with people that are extremely sensitive. If any irritation does occur please discontinue use immediately. As with anything, please monitor children with soap, and be careful to avoid contact with the eyes.

Estimated Ship Date

Every order that is placed with us is started on right away.  Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days of order placement.  Because larger orders require more time to manufacture, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for shipment of these orders

We ship to any locations worldwide.

Larger Orders

In certain cases we may be required (or choose) to ship one order in multiple boxes - we would determine this after considering size, weight and shipping costs associated with said order.

Rushing Orders

If you would like to request a rush order, please Contact Us via email.  We will do our best to accommodate you any way we can.  Please be aware that there may be a small rush fee involved in order to move your order up in priority.

Sales Tax

All orders originating from a location outside of Canada are tax-exempt.  All orders originating from a location within Canada are subject to provincial taxation, and as such all applicable sales tax will be added at time of order.

Security and Sensitive Information

When you place an online order with us, your personal information is always encrypted and sent to us in a safe and secure manner.  At no time do we keep your credit card information on file.  Any new order being placed requires up to date billing information for that order, regardless of whether any previous orders were placed with us under the same customer name.

We can assure you that we will always protect any and all information you provide, as we take your privacy very seriously.  We will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute your personal information to anyone.  On occasion we may send a promotional newsletter via email, but please be aware that you can choose to unsubscribe at any time, as our newsletter will always include a link to do so.  At no time will you be forced to receive any information from us whatsoever, unless it is requested by you.  For more details on our privacy policy, please visit our Privacy Policy page.
