Q: How long before my order will ship?
A: Production time for any order is dependant upon its size - the bigger the order, the longer it may take to ship from our factory. In general, all orders will ship within 2 to 5 business days from the date of order placement.
Q: Will I be notified once my order has shipped?
A: Yes, you will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our factory. It will include a tracking number for your records.
Q: Can I add color to my custom soaps?
A: Adding color to your soap order is not recommended, simply because it will make your design much harder to see.
Q: I wish to re-order the same design. Do you still have my original design on file?
A: There is a very good chance we do! Please let us know when placing your order that this is a re-order of a previous design, and we will check our records for your original order details to make sure your re-order matches the original placed.
Q: Is there a bulk discount on larger orders?
A: Yes, we do offer a bulk discount on orders over 5,000 bars.
Q: Is your soap individually wrapped?
A: Yes, each and every bar comes complete in its own elegant cellophane wrapper.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Due to the custom nature of what we do, and the fact that we are inundated with countless sample requests on a daily basis, we are unfortunately unable to offer free samples at this time.
Q: Can I add a fragrance?
A: Due to many fragrance oils being tinted in color, we do not offer this as an option. Any added fragrance oil can potentially distort your embedded image in the short and/or long term, creating an undesirable effect. Besides, both our glycerin and goat's milk soaps have a very mild, fresh scent (great for those with scent allergies), so why mess with perfection!

Q: Do you label each individual soap bar with your company name?
A: It is not necessary for us to do so, although we would like to let everyone know who made your custom designed soap. Please let us know if you do not want your bars labeled, and we will omit this step as per your request.
Q: Does your soap contain animal by-products?
A: Our soap sets a new standard. Clear in color, our glycerin soap is naturally made from all vegetable oils. Our white Goat's milk soap is a natural emollient, and draws moisture out of the air to benefit skin health. It cleanses without stripping or upsetting the delicate natural pH balance necessary for soft, healthy skin. And since we use no heavy animal oils, our soap rinses clean and leaves no soapy film behind. Q: Are there any tips to make your custom soap last longer during use?
A: The best and single most important tip we can give to ensure you get the most from your soap is to keep it dry when not in use. By keeping it from sitting in (and soaking up) puddled water, you are prolonging its usefulness. We recommend using a soap dish that offers automatic draining of excess water, or even standing your custom designed soap on its side after use.
Q: Do your custom designed soaps have an expiry date?
A: No, our custom soaps have an unlimited shelf life - as long as stored properly, they will never "go bad". As with any soap product (regardless of manufacturer), we highly recommend storing in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Because we package our products in cellophane exclusively, they are constantly being protected from air, dust moisture, and mildew. And since cellophane is a non-porous material, it is commonly used in the packaging of foods, which also makes it the ideal material for packaging our soap products.
Q: I recently placed and paid for my order. Can I make changes or cancel it at this point?
A: Due to the nature of the custom work we do, and the fact that we generally start preparing all orders immediately after payment is received, we are unable to make negative changes to quantity, or cancel an order once it has been placed.
